I had the opportunity to sit down with the head chef/owner of this Caribbean inspired restaurant @sambal_bistro. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with the friendliest service and music that is so welcoming it will make you want to dance while eating whatever is on your plate.
A very unique experience indeed.
Luckily for me I entered right when they opened up and was able to try a few dishes and drinks (non alcoholic) which the host Jean Pierre was ever so kind in preparing and also teaching me about. As a result I was able to get an impromptu conversation with the chef and was able to have somewhat of a semi tasting session.
