Michael Lombardi sits down with THE LIVE ROSE to talk about his career and infatuation for food growing up.
As I met up with Michael at the SRV location I immediately saw somebody who is very attentive to detail. I got to SRV and he opened the door ushering me into the restaurant and welcoming me to the location. We spoke for a while before sitting down for our conversation and he showed me around the restaurant. Michael has a very warm personality yet also shows great discipline in his craft ensuring everything is running as it should be. We finally sat down and here is our conversation. I hope you enjoy!
